Shipping & Returns

Q: Why Hasn't My Order Been Shipped?

A: In order to offer such exclusive deals, the brands and designers that HaulerDeals partners with only ship merchandise that is ordered once the flash sale ends. Their shipment can take several business days to arrive at our fulfillment center. Once the merchandise is in our possession, we immediately begin the sorting, packing and delivery process. The entire process can take up to 10 to 14 business days, but the HaulerDeals team works hard so that you may receive your order sooner, often depending on your location. You will receive an email when your order is shipped which will include a tracking number. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q: How much is shipping?

Q: What do I do if I want to return an item I purchased?

A: Returning an item is simple. One of our Style Consultants will assist you with your return by calling 866-677-3548. Before you call, please read through our Return Policy to make sure your order qualifies for returns: www.haulerdeals.com/shipping-returns. If your order is deemed returnable, we will issue a return label to you via email. Once we receive the return and it passes our damage inspection, your HaulerDeals account will be credited the price of the item returned, less $5.95 for re-stocking. Please note, we issue store credits for returns. We are unable to issue credit card refunds as we do not store your credit card information.

Q: What if I entered the wrong credit card information?

A: Our system will not accept an order if the credit or debit card information (i.e. billing address, security code, etc.) is entered incorrectly. An error message will appear.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my orders? If so, how is it calculated?

A: HaulerDeals is obligated to charge sales tax on orders shipped to California, which is required by law since where we have a physical presence. The sales tax calculation depends on the current applicable state law tax percentage.

Q: How long does each sale last?

A: All flash sales begin at 9am PST. Typically flash sales offered on HaulerDeals.com will last only 1 week.

Q: An item I want from a sale has ended. Is it possible to still order the item?

A: Unfortunately, once a flash sale ends, those items are no longer available for purchase. The brand designers that we partner with provide us a limited quantity at incredible discounts during each flash sale. It is important to check back often and early for each flash sale due to the limited quantities. First come, first serve!
